Bedero Valcuvia
It stands on a hilltop at the end of the Valle del Pralugano, a
little side valley of the Valganna Valley, at the foot of
Mount Scerrè, and it is plunged in the nature. It is a well-know
starting-point for walking o cycling towards Ganna or Brinzio, in
the Campo dei Fiori Natural Park.
The village preserves its naroow streets, small squares and stone
houses.
To see:
- San Ilario's Church , with its nice baroque altar
and the pentagonal apse with two side frescoed chapels
- Valtorta's Chapel, close to the cemetery and so called
from the painter who frescoed it
- Madonna degli Alpini's Chapel, at Mount Scerrè,
with a beutiful sight on the Valcuvia Valley
