Encircled by meadows and woods, it is placed to half cost on the
slopes of Mount Pian Nave (1,058 mt). On the top of the hill San Giorgio's church rises, built up on the foundations
of a pre-existent Romanesque church of which remain the walls of
the presbyteral chapel, on the left, with frescoes of the XV-XVI
century. Between these one Crucifixion by Guglielmo from Montegrino..
At Roggiano hamlet there are the remains of a medieval castle,
belonged to the Marliani family, feudal lords of the Travaglia.
