Cardano al Campo www.comune.cardanoalcampo.va.it

Placed in the southern large flat area of the Varese Province, it is included in the Ticino Park and close to the Malpensa Airport. It was mainly a farming village and preserves the medieval appearance with hay-lofts, portals and courts.

To see:

- the Church of San Pietro, adapted in 1741, with two XVIII century frescoes by Biagio Bellotti from Busto Arsizio

- the Church of Maria Vergine Nascente, XVIII century, with some frescoes

- the Church of San Anastasio built in 1947 on the site of an ancient church

- the villa Bagatti Valsecchi, XVIII century.
