Cugliate Fabiasco

It is formed by two medieval hamlets: Cugliate, the largest and seat of the Town Hall, and Fabiasco, along the road to Montegrino Valtravaglia.

At Cugliate there is some ancient building with old yards (curt Simun, curt Magiot, curt Marek) and Cà del Carlasc with a XVI century portal. The church of San Giulio, dated XIII century, has a XVI century painting and a polychrome wooden statue of the Vergine del Rosario.

At Fabiasco stands the XVII century casa Moscatelli and the parish church of S. Maria with a polychrome wooden statue.

By car we can travel to Monte Sette Termini (972 mt) that offers a fine view on the Lake Maggiore.
